Signed in with Apple? Apple asks you to confirm too. Export any ski days you want to keep first.

What’s Deleted
- Your sign-in and profile
- Favorites
- Snow alerts
- The phone number for text alerts
- Notification sign-ups
- Resort requests
- Ski days saved on the phone you delete from, and any day being recorded
What Stays
- Store subscriptions. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel them. Cancel in your Apple, Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store account.
- Purchase records. Each store keeps its own. RevenueCat, which checks GoSki purchases, may keep them too, for checking and restoring purchases.
- Text sign-up check. A scrambled copy of a text-alert phone number, for up to 30 days, to stop sign-up abuse.
- Exported files. Ski days you exported stay where you saved them.
- Ski days on a phone. They’re never uploaded. Deleting in the app erases them from that phone; an email request can’t reach them.
